Minced meat sauce
400 g minced meat
1 bundle of mini cherry tomatoes
1 onion
chili spice
pepper spice
garlic spice
black pepper
salt

400 g Finnish fresh cheese (similar to cottage cheese)

5 dl cheese cream
70 g tomato purée

Hey guys! It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a new recipe. I love lasagne. I could honestly eat it every single day (I think I’ve read too much Garfield when I was younger… Maybe my hate for Mondays comes from there as well?). Especially lasagne à la my mother is definitely my favorite dish in the world and every time I visit her, I ask for her to cook it.

Valtteri and I cook lasagne too from time to time; cheese lasagne. It’s very heavy and manly, haha. I don’t even wanna know how many calories there are in it… And they don’t matter really — unless you eat it every day 😀

VALMISTUSOHJE:

Peal and chop onion, slice tomatoes. Bake the minced meat on a pan and add first onions, then tomatoes. Add chili, pepper and garlic spices, black pepper and salt. Add some honey or sugar to bring out the flavors. Add cooking cream and ketchup.

Put all the ingredients for the cheese sauce to a bowl and mix. Spoon some cheese sauce on the bottom of an oven tray so that the bottom covers up. Out lasagne noodles on top on that and cover them with some minced meat sauce. Continue this till the topmost layer is a good amount of cheese sauce. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of everything.

Bake in 175 Celsius degrees in the middle section for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!

Hellou!

KOLMEN JUUSTON LASAGNE
12 kpl lasagnelevyjä
2 dl juustoraastetta

Jauhelihakastike
400 g jauhelihaa
1 prk kirsikkatomaatteja
1 sipuli
chilimaustetta
paprikamaustetta
valkosipulimaustetta
mustapippuria
suolaa
1 rkl hunajaaa
3 dl ruokakermaa
0,5 dl ketsuppia
Juustokastike
400 g raejuustoa
2 dl emmentaljuustoraastetta
5 dl kolmen juuston ruokakermaa

Paista lasagne 175 asteisessa uunissa keskitasolla noin 40 minuuttia.
