RECIPE: TWIX CHEESECAKE IN A GLASS

INGREDIENTS:

Curst
140 g oat biscuits
45 g butter
3 tbsp ready caramel sauce

Filling
300 g cream cheese
0,75 dl sugar
2 dl double cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 dl ready caramel sauce

Decoration
whipping cream
100 g melted chocolate
oat biscuits

Hey guys! Did you miss my extra sweet recipes? I certainly did — especially eating them, haha. Here’s an easy yet delicious treat for you.

LET’S GET COOKING:

Crush the biscuits and put them in a bowl. Melt the butter, add it in and mix. Put the mix into — for example — wine glasses. Add some caramel sauce on top of it and put the glasses into the refrigerator to cool down.

Start making the filling by putting the creme cheese and sugar into a bowl and mixing them. Then add double cream and vanilla extract and mix well. Then add caramel sauce and mix gently. Put the filling into the glasses and put them back into the refrigerator to cool down.

Decorate right before serving and enjoy!
