Hey guys! The Kinder cake I shared you last week got such a positive reaction so I thought what else could I bake off that chocolate. Inspired by that I decided to try out Kinder Bueno and Nutella cupcakes and damn, they were so freaking good! I made the dough with yogurt which made the cupcakes super “fluffy” and moist. And don’t let me start about the Nutella heart inside the cupcakes… Or the buttercream! Yummy.

Start preparing the cupcakes by whipping sugar and butter into a foam. Then add eggs one by one while whipping. Mix the dry ingredients and sieve them into the foam. Add milk, yogurt and vanilla extract separately and stir well. Pour the dough into cupcake molds. Bake in 180 Celsius degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Prepare the filling by heating the double cream and pour it into a bowl. Add Nutella and stirrer till set. Last but not least add in milk and white chocolate chips.

Prepare the butter cream by whipping Nutella and butter together. Add in powdered sugar and whip well. After that add in vanilla extract and double cream.

Cut a hole (diameter of 1-3 cm) on the top of the cupcakes. Carve some of the dough of out and pour 1-2 tsp of the filling in. Set the piece that you cut off back on top of the cupcake. Squeeze the butter cream on top of the filled cupcakes. Decorate with Kinder Bueno pieces, sprinkles and chocolate chips.
