1,2 dl sun flower oil
2,4 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 organic eggs
1,2 dl flour
1,2 dl cacao powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

110 g butter (room temperature)
4,8 dl powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp peppermint extract
green food color

2,4 dl dark chocolate
1,2 dl double cream

Hey guys! I can’t decide which one I love more; mint or chocolate. On the other hand, can these two even be compared? If I’m shopping clothes and I need to decide between two pieces, I usually take both. That’s what I did with these brownies.

More about organic eggs here!

Preheat oven to 175°C degrees. Put a baking paper on a 20cm x 20cm baking pan.

Start preparing the batter by mixing sun flower oil , sugar, vanilla extract and organic eggs. Take another bowl and mix dry ingredients there; flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients together well and pour on the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes and let it cool down completely.

Use electric mixer to mix butter and powdered sugar. Add in milk, peppermint extract and green food color. Mix with electric mixer. Spread it on the batter and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Prepare the ganache by crushing chocolate in a bowl and adding heated cream there. Let the chocolate melt in completely and pour the mix on the filling. Let it cool down for 15 minutes in refrigerator, cut in pieces and enjoy!
