Hellou! Here’s a recipe for the most amazing Valentine’s Day -brownies in the history of the world. Well, it doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day to bake these beauties for your loved ones — or for yourself. Love for others and yourself should be celebrated every single day, right? 🙂

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Set a baking paper to a 20 cm x 20 cm baking pan and set it aside to wait.

Start preparing the brownies. Take a mixer and mix butter, sugar and brown sugar together until the mixture is soft and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix again. Add in flour, cocoa powder and salt, and mix gently. Spread the brownie mixture on the baking pan.

Start preparing the cheesecake. Use a mixer to mix cream cheese, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Add in sugar and flour and mix again. Add in crushed raspberries and mix them gently with a spoon. Spread the cheesecake layer on the brownie layer and bake for 40 minutes.

When it’s ready, take it from the oven and put on a grate to cool down for an hour. Then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before cutting it into pieces. Decorate with raspberries and enjoy with a friend!
