Hey guys! This time we’re making a different kind of sweet thing — a bit lighter one from my usual recipes. During Christmas I get crazy with food and have no limits. Last Christmas wasn’t an exception. That is why I decided to start this year with Yogaia’s Detox -challenge.

Yogaia offers you weekly over 100 online live yoga classes so you can train wherever you want, whenever you want! With their Detox-challenge you can throw your old self to the garbage can and make room for a new, better and fresher you. The program has classes that help you to purify yourself physically and mentally. With code “JANNEYOGAIA” you can train for free for a whole month:

I was surprised how tough yoga is after all. I had always imagined it as sitting with your legs crossed and repeating “namaste”. Of course there are several levels on the hardness of the classes, so you can start with a bit easier ones like I did. I have felt super energized after starting yoga and have less and less back and neck pain that sitting in front of computer all day has caused.

Here are recipes for three different smoothies. You can find more detox recipes here.

Wash (peel, if you want to) and slice all the ingredients, put in a blender and blend them. If you’re allergic to something or don’t like some fruits, replace them with something else.
